In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC), we provide information that must be provided when personal data is obtained from the individual to whom the personal data pertains.

The retention period is determined based on the category of individual data. We store data only as long as necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected or further processed, or until the expiration of statutory retention periods. Personal data processed on the basis of individual consent or legitimate interest is stored until the withdrawal of consent or a request for data deletion.


In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the following rights regarding the processing of your personal data:

RIGHT OF ACCESSThe individual to whom the personal data pertains has the right to obtain confirmation from the controller as to whether personal data concerning them is being processed.
RIGHT TO RECTIFICATIONThe individual has the right to have inaccurate personal data concerning them rectified without undue delay. Considering the purposes of the processing, the individual has the right to have incomplete personal data completed, including by means of providing a supplementary statement.
RIGHT TO ERASUREThe individual has the right to have personal data concerning them erased without undue delay, and the controller has the obligation to erase personal data without undue delay when the conditions set out in Article 17 of the General Data Protection Regulation are met.
RIGHT TO RESTRICTION OF PROCESSINGThe individual has the right to have the processing of their personal data restricted when the conditions set out in Article 18 of the General Data Protection Regulation are met.
RIGHT TO DATA PORTABILITYThe individual has the right to receive the personal data concerning them, which they have provided to a controller, in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and have the right to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance from the controller to which the personal data have been provided, where the processing is based on consent or on a contract and the processing is carried out by automated means.
RIGHT TO OBJECTThe individual has the right to object at any time to certain types of processing of personal data.


In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, the exercise of rights by the individual is free of charge. Where the requests of an individual are manifestly unfounded or excessive, in particular because of their repetitive nature, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee, taking into account the administrative costs of providing the information or taking the requested action. In certain cases, we may also refuse your request. All questions related to the processing of personal data or potential requests for the exercise of individual rights can be submitted to our email address or by mail to the address of the institution. If you believe your rights have been violated in any way, you can contact the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia. In certain cases, the processing of personal data is entrusted to a contractual processor. We always ensure that all relationships with contractual processors are properly regulated by a data processing agreement. Your personal data may be processed and disclosed if requested by authorized authorities on a legal basis or statutory requirement.


Your personal data is not transferred to third countries or international organizations.


Automated decision-making or profiling is not conducted.
