In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, the exercise of rights by the individual is free of charge. Where the requests of an individual are manifestly unfounded or excessive, in particular because of their repetitive nature, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee, taking into account the administrative costs of providing the information or taking the requested action. In certain cases, we may also refuse your request. CONTRACTUAL PROCESSING AND DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA

We always ensure that all relationships with contractual processors are properly regulated by a data processing agreement. Your personal data may be processed and disclosed if requested by authorized authorities on a legal basis or statutory requirement.
