TECOS Slovenian Tool and Die Development Centre has expanded its Demonstration Centre with the addition of the TOYO Si-80-7 F75F all-electric injection moulding machine, representing the latest Japanese technology in plastic injection moulding. This new investment further strengthens the Centre’s research, development and training capabilities while creating new opportunities for collaboration with industrial partners.
The TOYO Si-80-7 is distinguished by its exceptional precision, high operating speed, excellent process repeatability and low energy consumption, making it an ideal platform for new product development, process optimisation, testing of innovative materials, and mould validation.
The new equipment will also play an important role in knowledge transfer to future generations of engineers. At TECOS, we place strong emphasis on the practical training of university and vocational students, enabling them to gain hands-on experience with state-of-the-art industrial equipment and participate directly in research and development projects for industry.
With the integration of the TOYO Si-80-7, TECOS now offers its partners:
