Glavni cilj projekta je razviti nov izdelek – Robustni senzor navora z integriranim senzorjem kadence za električna kolesa. Vzpostavili in razvili bomo kompletno tehnologijo serijske izdelave senzorja: razvoj senzorja navora, avtomatske (robotske) manipulacije pri vstavljanju kovinskih vložkov v brizgalno orodje ter optimizirano serijsko brizganje s stalnim nadzorom kakovosti proizvodnje.

Opis projekta: 

Razvoj in izdelava senzorja navora za najnovejše generacije visokotehnoloških pogonov za električna kolesa sodi neposredno na področje mobilnosti. HID4BIKE kot interdisciplinarni projekt s področja elektrotehnike in strojništva je v svoji zasnovi kompleksen, razvoj samega produkta zahteva tako sočasen razvoj proizvodnih tehnologij in procesov.

Senzor navora z integriranim senzorjem kadence kot kompleksna elektro-mehanska naprava bo standardna komponenta električnih koles, ki bo pripomogla k varčevanju energije in s tem podaljševanju delovanja baterije oz. njene avtonomije. Sam občutek pri vožnji s takšnim e-kolesom bo precej ugodnejši in varnejši, kot je danes.

Projekt HID4Bike za TECOS pomeni pomemben nov korak, da se iz izvoznika klasičnih plastičarskih storitev prelevi v kompetentnega dobavitelja avtomatiziranih elektro-mehanskih rešitev v skladu s smernicami Industrije 4.0.

TECOS vloga:

Vloga TECOS-a je predvsem zagotoviti razvoj in izdelavo orodja, izvedbi študije zapolnjevanja orodja, analizi zvijanja kovinskih elementov, izdelavi avtomatizirane linije z robotsko manipulacijo kovinskih elementov s posebno razvitimi prijemali ter optimizaciji procesa s končno nadzorno kontrolo brizganega izdelka skladno z Industrijo 4.0.
