{"id":17275,"date":"2023-03-09T11:19:05","date_gmt":"2023-03-09T09:19:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tecos.si\/?p=17275"},"modified":"2023-03-09T11:21:10","modified_gmt":"2023-03-09T11:21:10","slug":"with-d-mould-to-a-digital-system-for-a-smart-injection-molding-production-line","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tecos.si\/en\/with-d-mould-to-a-digital-system-for-a-smart-injection-molding-production-line\/","title":{"rendered":"With D-Mould to a digital system for a smart injection molding production line"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>TECOS Slovenian Tool and Dye Development Centre, in cooperation with the companies Polycom and Flexido, pursued the goal of establishing a digital system for a smart injection molding production line within the framework of the D-Mould project.<\/p>\n<p>We improved and equipped the production line at the manufacturing company Polycom with sensors, a visual control system and supported it with robots, cobots and SDV through NGSI agents and the open source context broker FIWARE to the company&#8217;s MES and ERP system. The system uses NGSI agents to collect and analyze data from the production line and display the results in the RAMP platform.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><iframe class=\"lazyload\" title=\"Digital system for smart injection moulding production line D-MOULD\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/-HsMmuNQcpk?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The D-Mould project is part of DIH\u00b2, funded by the Horizon 2020 &#8211; the European Union&#8217;s Framework for research and innovation.
